CALL FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (CFEOI)-VENDOR REGISTRATION
LINDII PEACE FOUNDATION (LPF) is a nonprofit non-governmental national organization established in Nigeria in July 2014 with the aim to improve the lives of people through effective and efficient humanitarian and developmental assistance in communities where such supports are essentially necessary within Nigeria. Through international and national networking, LPF provided humanitarian and developmental assistance to individuals, families, schools, Health facilities, and communities in more than twelve (12) states within Nigeria regardless of their ethnicity, political and religious affiliation. LPF fundamentally intervenes in multi-sectoral humanitarian activities majoring in Protection and Nutrition mainstreamed Water Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) interventions. Other activities include stand-alone Programmes on Nutrition, Protection, Food Security & Livelihood, Education, and Cross-Sectoral areas.
Lindii Peace Foundation is issuing a Call for Expression of Interest (CFEOI) to expand its pool of qualified vendors and companies in Nigeria. This initiative aims to facilitate future procurement processes and ensure that only qualified vendors are considered for partnerships with Lindii Peace Foundation. Eligible vendors and companies registered in Nigeria, particularly those operating in our project areas in Bama (Banki, Ngorosoye), Damboa, Dikwa, Gwoza (Pulka, Ngoshe, Kirawa, Warabe), Maiduguri, Nganzai, and other surrounding locations, are invited to submit their CFEOI applications for the following categories of goods and services as detailed below:

You will be required to send back the following documents, after they are fully completed, signed, stamped, and dated. (kindly include the category name and category number in your email title when submitting registration documents)
- Annex C_LPF General Conditions of Contract– please confirm acceptance of the same by signing the Terms and Conditions.
- Annex D_LPF Supplier Code of Conduct– confirm adherence to the Supplier Code of Conduct by returning this form fully completed and signed.
- Annex E_ Supplier Profile and Registration Form – please provide information and documentation as listed on the form
- Annex F_ References – please provide your references information of previous job/contract as listed on the form
- Annex G – Mandatory Documents – Checklist – ensure all mandatory documents have been included.
Application Closing Date: 4th July 2024.
Submission of Documents
The Application must be submitted to Tender@lindiipeacefoundation.org or in a sealed enveloped delivered to LPF office- Printed Copies of the tender forms are available at LPF office No 1 Sugun Mai Mele Close, Mustapha Goni Street, New GRA, Maiduguri, Borno State for your convenience.
Evaluation Process:
Submissions will be evaluated based on the eligibility criteria outlined above. For further discussions and potential inclusion in our vendor databases, shortlisted vendors will be contacted.
Note: · All the envelopes shall be labelled with the Reference number, Type of services/goods provided, submission address, and Name of the Company/Service Provider.
If a vendor is interested to participate in more than one category (see below list), they should submit separate sets of documents for each category of interest: Reference Number, Category applied for, Bidder’s Name:
Example:

- ABC Company Ltd (Bidder’s Name)
Applications may be modified or withdrawn in writing, prior to the closing time specified in this Request for Expression of Interest. Applications shall not be modified or withdrawn after the deadline.
The Company/Service Provider shall bear all costs associated with the preparation and submission of the Application and LPF will not in any case be responsible and liable for the costs incurred.
All information given in writing to or verbally shared with the Company/Service Provider in connection with this Request for EOI is to be treated as strictly confidential. The Company/Service Provider shall not share or invoke such information to any third party without the prior written approval of LPF. This obligation shall continue after the procurement process has been completed whether or not the Company/Service Provider is successful.
LPF reserves the right to accept or reject any Application, and to cancel the procurement process and reject all Applications, at any time without thereby incurring any liability to the affected Companies/Service Providers or any obligation to inform the affected Companies/Service Providers of the ground for LPF’s action.
This call for expression of interest does not amount to any commitment on the part of the Lindii Peace Foundation.
