Expression of Interest and Invitation to Bid / Tender

LINDII PEACE FOUNDATION (LPF) is a nonprofit non-governmental organization established in Nigeria in July 2014 with the aim to improve the lives of people through effective and efficient humanitarian and developmental assistance in communities where such supports are essentially necessary. Through international and national networking, LPF is providing humanitarian and developmental assistance to individuals, families, schools, Health facilities, and communities in more than twelve (12) states within Nigeria regardless of their ethnicity, political and religious affiliation. LPF fundamentally intervenes in multi-sectoral humanitarian activities centered around Health, Protection Nutrition, Water Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) interventions. Other interventions include Programmes on Food Security & Livelihood, Education, and Cross-Sectoral areas.

The purpose of this tender is to solicit competitive bidders to bids for the: Lot 1: B5: Supply of Materials for Operation and Maintenance (O&M) of Boreholes

Compliance

Vendors to be considered will be those that comply with government and LPF regulations. Lindii Peace Foundation (LPF) will only engage with Vendors who meet these regulations, such as tax clearance for the previous year, and are not involved in Fraud and/or terrorism.

Other Selection Criteria.

• All tender documents must be filled, signed, and stamped.
• Quotation must be on Company letterhead alongside LPF RFQ.
• All Bids must be submitted on or before 15/08/2025 11:45 PM for online submission and 15/8/2025 4:00 PM for hard copy submission at Lindii Peace Foundation Office located at No. 1 Waziri Kolo Crescent Near Nursing Home. Old GRA, Maiduguri, Borno State.
• All bids must be sealed in an envelope and marked with instructions, Lot details and description
• Bids can be submitted via tender@lindiipeacefoundation.org or submitted at our office located at No. 1 Waziri Kolo Crescent Near Nursing Home. Old GRA, Maiduguri, Borno State, in a sealed envelope and mark with lot description
• Note that successful bidders who submitted their bid via the online option must present a hard copy of the submission before completing the award process.

All unsealed and late bids will automatically be disqualified

• A means of identification (ID, such as NIN, driver’s license, etc.) of any member of the company should be part of the sealed envelope
• Bids will be evaluated on the following criteria, including but not limited to price, quality, and delivery time.
• Company must show evidence of previous experience in delivering such work in terms of nature and/or size of work.
