Lindii Peace Foundation (LPF) has commenced beneficiary data capturing for the distribution of hygiene kits to newly returned households and individuals who recently escaped from Boko Haram insurgency in Ngoshe, Gwoza Local Government Area of Borno State.
The exercise was conducted at GSSS Pulka, the temporary Internally Displaced Persons (IDP) camp in Damara, Pulka, where affected families are currently taking shelter. The data collection process aims to ensure that vulnerable returnees are accurately identified and registered to receive essential hygiene support.
The planned hygiene kit distribution is designed to help improve personal hygiene practices, reduce the risk of disease outbreaks, and restore dignity among displaced and conflict affected populations. Through accurate beneficiary registration, LPF seeks to ensure transparency, accountability, and equitable access to humanitarian assistance.
