
On 4 February 2026, the Lindii Peace Foundation (LPF) Team in Dikwa LGA successfully conducted a joint Health and Nutrition capacity-building training for the INTERGRATED WASH, HEALTH, AND NUTRITION INTERVENTIONS TO SAVE LIVES AND ENHANCE RESILIENCE OF VULNERABLE POPULATIONS IN DIKWA AND GWOZA (Pulka) LGAs, BORNO STATE, aimed at strengthening staff competencies and promoting integrated service delivery.

Participants were oriented on LPF’s mandate and core humanitarian principles and received training on Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA), Code of Conduct, Safeguarding, Accountability to Affected Populations (AAP), gender and inclusion, data protection, reporting and referral pathways, and inter-sectoral coordination.

The training concluded with sector-specific technical sessions, during which Health and Nutrition teams enhanced their technical skills to support the delivery of safe, accountable, inclusive, and quality services to affected populations in Dikwa LGA, Borno State.
